PTS, Inc.'s founder and President, Kyle J. Parker, began his career in 1987 with Keck & Wood, Inc.'s Computer Services Division (now Creative Logic Technologies, Inc.) as a Programmer and later became the department's manager. While at KW/CLT, Mr. Parker's department developed and supported custom software for local governments and schools systems. Some of the systems include: General Fund Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Utility Billing, Property Tax Billing, Voter Registration, Jury Selection, and numerous other systems and services.
PTS, Inc.'s eGovPay.net is a proven provider of reliable, secure electronic payment options for local governments and other entities. eGovPay.net is available to local municipal governments to accept payments from citizens and businesses for everything from utility account bills to parking citations, using credit and debit cards.
eGovPay.net will interface with other vendor software products. Currently we interface with Incode and Creative Logic Technologies systems and we are creating other interfaces as necessary.
